Secret Meter Test
PSC and FPL conducted a bench test of Meter #9137018 on Feb 17 without consumer witness, after withholding the test location for 5 days. Evidence is legally spoiled.
Seal Intact, No Tampering
Three FPL technicians verified on Jan 21, 2026 that security seals on Meter #9137018 were INTACT and the display suffered internal hardware failure. Rebuts all tampering allegations.
